The brands within Nimbus AB

The Swedish holding company R12 AB is the new majority shareholder of the Nimbus Group with the brand names Nimbus Boats and Paragon Yachts. The Swedish privately held holding company R12 has acquired the assets relating to the Nimbus Boats and Paragon Yacht brands and intend to invest further to strengthen the Group’s position as the leading Nordic producer of leisure boats in the 20 – 40 feet range.
